Spacious courtyards of varying design were the inspiration for the constructors when giving the Patio Plaza its name - and they also embody the concept on which the construction was based.

The building was to be modern, even futuristic - but still clear and practical. A motivational environment was to be created providing all conditions necessary for visionary, innovative work. The office building is correspondingly bright, positively flooded with light, comfortable to the point of cosiness, convenient from the underground car park to the building complex at ground level.

The result is a pure compliment to the planners and investors - and leaves potential tenants nothing to be desired.
